Polydichlorophosphazene and lithium fluoroalcoholates were used to obtain rubber-like fluoroalkoxyphosphazene polymers. The use of sodium fluoroalcoholates under the same conditions results in the formation of crystalline polymers. Mechanical spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray analysis were used to examine the phase-aggregate state of both types of polymer. It was shown that the amorphous modification of the polymer under certain conditions changes irreversibly into the crystalline form, which is due to conformation transformations of the polymer chain. A study was made of the effect of medium polarity, the type of alkali metal in fluoroalcoholate and reaction temperature on the phase-aggregate state of the fluoroalkoxyphosphazene polymer formed. A proposed reaction mechanism of fluoroalkoxylation of polydichlorophosphazene is described. |
