Popis: A narrow-band (0.04 cm −1) pulsed dye laser was pumped by a pulse-periodic copper vapor laser. The output wavelength was continuously, rapidly, and reproducibly tunable using synchronously controlled electrodynamic drives for rotation of a diffraction grating and an intracavity Fabry–Perot etalon.
