Popis: | The features of structural defects of genital tract microbiocenosis in 150 patients with hyperproliferative diseases and disorders of the cervix were studied: group A – leiomyoma + chronic salpingitis; group B – adenomyosis + chronic salpingitis; group C – leiomyoma + adenomyosis + chronic salpingitis; group D – chronic salpingitis. Among patients of groups A and B – was found a significant increase in registration of gardnerellas, deficit of lactoflora, the formation of viral and bacterial associations. In patients of group C – the most frank defects of cervical canal microecology: increased frequency and quantity of potentially pathogenic microorganisms during seeding (Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Escherichia), elimination or a significant deficit of lactobacilli, increased frequency of Gardnerelliosis, Chlamydia, and viral infections diagnosis. In patients of group D – increased frequency and quantitative level of registration of fungi F. Candida in association with Gram-positive cocci, enterobacteria and viruses. The findings suggest the necessity of differentiated treatment methods aimed at elimination of infectious agents and renewal of cervix normocenosis in women with hyperproliferative diseases and cervical pathology. |
