Popis: | This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the integration process of power electronics converters, proposing a design guideline to the three main non-isolated converters operating both as power factor correction (PFC) stage or power control (PC) stage. The methodology is based on solving the parameters of the equivalent circuit of integrated topologies. The goal is to find a general equation to calculate the PFC inductance, thus making the design of integrated power converters easier, especially when operating with a universal input voltage. To validate the design, a driver for LED luminary of 46.1 V and 575 mA is implemented. The prototype shows a high power factor (PF) of 0.98 and small THD of 13.5%. Also, the output current ripple is 18.3%, keeping the modulation level according to the IEEE 1789-2015. |
