This article discusses the method of creating a team for the implementation of IT projects. The authors raise the problem of increasing the export of domestic software, and therefore issues the importance of creating an effective team. The article reveals the main aspects of the acmeological and competence approach for the distribution of roles among the team members, depending on their type of personalities. Among the available human resources, this developed method allows to form a cohesive team that is ready to implement the project activity in the field of information technology. |
