The paper discusses the causes of urban pollution with solid municipal waste. One of the reasons for the littering of urbanized territories, the author considers the lack of elaboration in determining those responsible for specific land plots. In the paper, as an example, sections are given along the fence of hazardous areas of railway tracks, after the establishment of which the amount of household waste left along them has sharply increased. It is not possible to determine the ownership of land plots using a public cadastral map, since they do not even have a category of land use. |
