Popis: | The methods of manufacturing the matrices of the indium antimonide nanowires in regular pores of anodic alumina with various metal contacts on the different substrates have been described. It is shown, that on the basis of such matrices it is possible to create terahertz electromagnetic radiation generators as well as cooling coatings and solar cells for far-infrared and submillimeter regions of the spectrum. |
