Popis: Corynebacterium amycolatum has been increasingly reported as an etiologic agent of mild to severe nosocomial infections. However, further studies concerning community-acquired and nosocomial infections due to multidrug-resistant (MDR) C. amycolatum remain necessary, especially in developing countries, including South America.
