The article presents the results of a study of the analysis of the organization and functioning of the site "Russian public initiative" is an open platform for the creation and promotion of bills initiated by citizens. The article summarizes data for the period from the start of operation of the site on February 17, 2015. Results of the study allow us to make conclusions about the effectiveness of the site and degree of social activity in the exercise of the constitutional rights of citizens - to participate in managing state affairs. |
