Popis: | The purpose of this article is to present the methodology of creating the universal models of the amplification two-port circuit for structural-parametric synthesis of microwave transistor amplifiers. Universal models are based on the knowledge engineering methods, morphological theory and analysis of electrical circuits. The universal model of the microwave amplification two-port circuit is a class level simulation model of these ones. This model restricts the lot of structures, on which the search for technical solutions is organized, ensuring cut off obviously irrational options. The universal model of the amplification two-port circuit enables the automatic generation of the potentially rational technical solutions and can be used for structural and parametric synthesis of microwave amplifiers using search engine optimization. |
