Popis: | In this paper, a single switch transformerless resonant high step-up non-isolated DC-DC converter is proposed. In this converter, soft-switching condition is provided for all semiconductor elements without any axillary switch. Due to high voltage gain and soft-switching of all semiconductor elements without using any axillary switch or coupled inductors, the proposed converter has a simple structure, low volume, weight and cost. In addition, there is a common ground between the input, output and the main switch, which simplifies the control. In this paper, the presented converter operational principle and steady-state analysis are discussed in details. To confirm the performed analysis, a 100-watt prototype is implemented in the laboratory. |
