Popis: We demonstrate efficient optical parametric amplification in 1.5mm long GaInP photonic crystal waveguides operating at 1.55 µm. Owing to low linear and nonlinear losses we achieved a 10.6 dB gain using 31ps, 800mW pump pulses.
