Popis: | The microstructure and properties of the joint weld of 32-2Mn and 40-Cr-Ni steels of the annular section, made by Thompson friction welding, after welding and after the post-weld tempering are evaluated. The results of metallographic analysis, hardness measurements in various zones of the joint weld, the results of tensile tests and cyclic durability with alternative bending are presented. It is shown that post-weld tempering regime promotes displacement of the fracture site and a decrease in the structural strength of the joint weld zone. |
