This work presents a three-phase boost inverter employing sliding mode control, able to be supplied by photovoltaic solar energy. The structure processes energy in a single stage and does not use an energy storage system, offering cost reduction and lower environment impact. The proposed pumping system allows the water flow to be controlled according to the available power in the boost converter. Other important characteristic is the absence of storage systems, which reduces the implementation and maintenance costs and the environment impact. The work presents the theoretical analysis of the converter and the control system. It also presents experimental results of a prototype implemented in laboratory of the system supplied with grid energy and photovoltaic solar energy, without energy storage, thus making the system autonomous, which allows its application in rainwater pumping systems in places where there is no energy supplied by the commercial grid. |
