Popis: | Glass-ceramic composite coatings have been synthesized from doped “silica sol-chromium oxide” sol-gel systems. The physicochemical and electrophysical properties of the coatings have been investigated using thermal analysis, X-ray powder diffraction, electron microprobe X-ray analysis, and atomic-force microscopy. The results obtained have been used to optimize the conditions for the sol-gel synthesis of the coatings and the regimes of their formation. The use of the coatings synthesized makes it possible to substantially improve the performance characteristics of X-ray devices and to increase the output of high-quality products under conditions of commercial fabrication. |
