Popis: A series-connected, silicon-nanowire-array-decorated, and CMOS-enabled photovoltaic (PV) module is demonstrated for driving a smart dimmable glass. This miniaturized PV module provides a lifted voltage of 10.8 V and an electrical power of 1.25 mW under solar illumination.
