Popis: | Change in the MWD of the copolymer of vinylidene fluoride with tetrafluoroethylene on exposure to ionizing radiation has been studied. The initial MWD is bimodal. The threshold of formation of the gel fraction has been determined and change in the MWD of its low and high molecular weight components studied separately. The processes of crosslinking at the initial stage of irradiation occur predominantly in the low molecular weight part of the polymer. The effect of orientation on change in the MWD has also been studied. |
