The research performs an analysis of the massive multiantenna system channel capacity for the case of with different system correlation matrix models: exponential-type and quadratic exponential model. For both of them the channel capacity was obtained under various considerations about the availability of the channel state information at the transmitting and/or receiving sides with different power allocation strategies deployed (including equal scaling and water filling). The performed simulation demonstrated that in the case when the full correlation matrix is being bordered the sign of the capacity distortion depends upon the average SNR. The regimes of capacity gain and capacity loss, implied by the bordering are identified and studied. |
