Popis: | This work focuses on the study of uranium electrodeposition in the method of alpha spectrometric analysis of uranium isotopic ratio. It was determined that the volume of electrolyte and addition of eluting solution weakly affects the degree of uranium deposition. Optimal time of uranium electrodeposition onto a stainless steel disk was found to be 30 – 40 minutes. The optimal volume of the sample aliquot of uranium leach liquor should contain 250 – 500 µg of uranium that will provide good energy resolution of the alpha source. |
