Popis: Low back pain is the most common injury and almost people is suffered of life span, however, the etiology remains unclear. Poor hip mobility is one of factors cause the low back pain. It is lead to functional limitation. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of hip mobilization on pain, function, and psychological factors for patients suffering from chronic low back pain with limited range of hipjoint motion. Forty Subjects were recruited from rehabilitation hospital. Patients were randomly assigned to experimental (n=20) or control groups (n=20). Both groups received conventional physical therapy for forty minutes, three times a week for six weeks. Experimental group was performed additional hip mobilization for fifteen minutes, three times a week for six weeks.
