Popis:	This project aims to find ways to encourage private rented sector (PRS) landlords to rent to people who are experiencing homelessness and also receive housing benefits. In this trial, our aim is to understand which types of incentives are effective to encourage landlords to rent to these people and households. To investigate this, we will offer landlords different types of incentives in an online trial and test if there is any increase in their likelihood of intending to rent to a household receiving housing benefit (in the form of Universal Credit).
