| Popis: | Currently, there are inequalities in the representation of females in higher administrative positions in higher education, a result of historical and male dominant societal patterns (Byrd-Blake, 2004). While many cultures in the world support and encourage men in their achievement, women are generally discouraged (Brown & Irby, 2001).
