Popis: Currently, there are inequalities in the representation of females in higher administrative positions in higher education, a result of historical and male dominant societal patterns (Byrd-Blake, 2004). While many cultures in the world support and encourage men in their achievement, women are generally discouraged (Brown & Irby, 2001). For many centuries, the opinions of some philosophers and scientists about women and women's education have caused differentiation between women's and men's specializations and their place in society.
