Popis:	Three new polyacetylenes (1-3), together with six known polyacetylenes (4-9), were isolated from a 95% aqueous ethanol extract of the Atractylodes japonica Koidz.ez Kitam. Their structures were elucidated by HR-ESI -MS and NMR techniques as well as comparison with those reported in literatures. The cytotoxic activity of 1-3 were also evaluated.
