Popis: | Acidic hydrolysis of Ugi adducts formed from α-hydrazonocarboxylic acids and aminoacetaldehyde dimethyl acetal leads to the fragmentation of aminoacetaldehyde residues with final formation of pyrazoles. An aldol-type reaction of the hydrazone is proposed as the key step of the cascade. |
