Abrasion of screen bar is reduced, after the screen underflow’s decreasing, which service life is significantly prolong according to the paper. So small diameter screen bar can be used, and the open area will be increased through optimization design. The relationship between the theoretical value and practical value of open area is discussed in this paper. Circular section of screen bar is beneficial to streamline channel’s formation, reducing and avoiding basically refuse jam or blocked screen accident. Straight line structure of grate be helpful for material diversion. |
