The experience of gut microbiotic disorders correction in newborns with perinatal pathology

Popis:	Results of clinical and paraclinical investigations of disorders of gut functional state in infants with perinatal pathology were presented in the article. Changes of albumin, α-1-antipripsin, calprotectin indices and sIg A level in stool-filtrate of newborns which confirm local inflammation, increasing of penetration of gut mucous with accompaniment of disorders of food tolerance were revealed. Carried out correction with usage of probiotic BioGay lead to normalization of gut microbiotic composition in infants after 1 month of life which was confirmed by results of laboratory investigation of stool-filtrate.
