Popis:	Patients with MDS RAEB II were examined. The decrease in dynamics of intracellular K³-67 protein expression was determined in patients with MDS RAEB II with positive response to chemotherapy, and the increase in proliferative activity of haematopoietic cells of peripheral blood (PB) and bone marrow (BM) was determined in patients with MDS RAEB II in transformation and acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) after MDS.
