| Popis: | Prostate cancer metastases are a major cause of death among men. Almost all men who died from prostate cancer previously had metastases to the bones or other sites, including the lymph nodes, lung, and liver. Urethral metastases are one of the rarest locations of prostate cancer metastases. In this clinical case, we present a case of a man who had a recurrence of prostatic adenocarcinoma 36 months after radical prostatectomy; diagnosis and treatment of the patient are described. |
