The reliability of the operation of the power system can be improved by live working, and the line or equipment can be repaired or maintained without affecting the normal transmission of electrical energy. The traditional live working method generally ensures the personal safety of the operator by increasing the loop impedance of the charged body to the operator and then to the earth. When the insulation capacity of the insulating equipment directly contacted by the operator is impaired, the personal safety of the operator will be unable to get protection. Aiming at this defect, this paper proposes a zero-potential non-stop power-on operation method based on active inverter. The zero-sequence current is injected into the first end of the line through the active inverter device, thereby regulating the zero-sequence voltage of the working phase. And the operating point voltage is clamped to 0V, ensuring the personal safety of the operator. |
