| Popis: | The surgical management of congenital naevi is a difficult problem for the reconstructive surgeon. We present a technique where accurate perforations made in the outer silicone layer of Integra® using a punch-biopsy forceps, in combination with topical negative pressure therapy, reduces revascularisation time of the dermal substitute with a favourable outcome. |
