Popis: Through the analysis of the two studios in the game industry, Bioware and Bungie, this paper discusses the ways in which game companies can steadily scale up in commercial marketing, increase and maintain the sustainable development of the studios. Based on analysis of the commercial failure of Anthem, a large-scale 3A multiplayer co-op game produced by Bioware, released by EA, elicit the failure of Bioware and Bungie in contrast. At the same time, this paper adopts the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to demonstrate the theme of the article. As a result, the studio as a team needs clear and directional leadership to guide the philosophy and direction of game production. In the game creation, there should not be too much interference from the publisher or outside the studio. Furthermore, when the game fails initially but is not dead yet, resources should be mobilized to remedy it, changing the route and strategy of the game, rather than giving up prematurely. Moreover, during the period from project initiation to completion of production, the working methods of the production staff should fully reflect the efficiency, which is also closely related to the supervision of the game project manager.
