Popis:	Community-associated strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (CA-MRSA) have recently emerged as a major cause of serious infections among older children and are now being seen in NICU patients. We present the case of a preterm infant with CA-MRSA necrotizing pneumonia and secondary bacteremia.
