| Popis: | Castleman disease (CD) is a rare lymphoproliferative disorder, closely related to Polyneuropathy, Organomegaly, Endocrinopathy, Monoclonal plasma cell disorder, and Skin changes (POEMS) syndrome. We report a typical patient of multicentric CD with POEMS syndrome with all the classical features. |
