| Popis: | The assessment of mental capacity should be wise and reasonable, taking into account the circumstances, the previous medical history, the current psychopathology, the family and social support, the patient’s values and the foreseeable consequences of the decision to be taken. In certain cases it may be usefull a semi-structured interview to know the decision-making skills of the patient. Therefore, the use of the deliberative methodology can be helpful to assess the specific cases. |
