Popis: | The purpose of this study was to study the effect of participation after female instrument pilates exercise program for 8 weeks on blood components and changes in leptin and ghrelin for female college students. The research results are as follows. First, in the change in body composition, the weight and body fat percentage were significantly decreased in the exercise group participating in the Instrument Pilates exercise, showing a positive effect. Second, in the change of blood composition, total cholesterol, triglyceride, and lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly decreased in the exercise group participating in the Instrument Pilates exercise, showing a positive effect. Third, in the change of leptin and ghrelin, a positive effect was shown by significantly decreasing in the exercise group participating in the Instrument Pilates exercise. In conclusion, it is thought that the blood components, leptin, and ghrelin change positively as female college students participate in the Instrument Pilates exercise, which is considered as an effective exercise program. |
