Popis: | Investigation of timing organization of lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of different severity is an important problem in the diagnosis of desynchronosis. We aimed to study circadian rhythms of lung function in patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. As a result, not only quantitative, but also qualitative disorders of lung function were revealed. There were registered three types of biorhythms: day, evening and morning. Minimum values of lung function parameters were recorded in patients with pathological morning type of biorhythms. In patients with the severe course against the background of lower medians of spirographic indices, statistically significant differences were also revealed in patients with day and evening types of biorhythms, which indicated a decrease in the adaptive capabilities of the respiratory system. |
