Popis: The article analyzes the characteristics of the principles of criminal executive law. It is substantiated that the main principles of the criminal executive law are: legality, humanism, justice, the inevitability of the execution and serving of sentences and other measures of criminal law, differentiation and individualization of the execution of sentences and other measures of criminal law, the cooperation of state bodies and civil society, equality of convicts before the law, stimulation of law–abiding and active socially useful behavior of convicts, rational use of coercive means and resocialization, the combination of the execution of sentences and other measures of criminal law impact with the correctional effect on convicts and their resocialization.
