Popis: | In the present work, compact monopole antenna with modified triangular shape is designed for WLAN (2.4GHz), WiMAX (2.3GHz, 2.5GHz, 3.5GHz) and Wi-Fi (2.4, 3.6 GHz) applications. Modified triangular shape stub loaded patch is simulated with defected ground structure (pentagon like slot). This pentagon like slot on the ground with modified triangular patch will give the required bandwidth 2.72GHz with good return loss (−49 dB). The simulated results shows that the designed antenna work from 2.03 to 4.75 GHz (80%) with the center operating frequency at around 3.39 GHz having reflection coefficient less than −10 dB with gain about 3.2 dB. |
