Popis: | Computer simulation of electron‐induced ionization and fragmentation of free C60 fullerenes, as well as of fullerenes in fullerite films, was carried out. It was found that stable complexes of heavy fullerene's fragments are formed under electron irradiation in fullerite films. These complexes are characterized by different spatial configurations and electron structures and can cause long‐term mechanical stresses. |
