| Popis: | The article describes the current understanding of the takotsubo syndrome concerning the issues of pathogenesis, differential diagnosis with acute coronary syndrome and strategy of management. There is presented our own clinical observation of a patient with an atypical form of cardiac dysfunction and myocardial geometry. |
