Popis: Methods of localization have been developed to solve problems of hydrodynamics of complex systems (including, in particular, loaded flows and granular beds) based on the use of computer calculations and intrinsic properties and features of the solutions obtained. Objects of localization can represent both the construction elements and structural elements of flow and even initial equations of mathematical statement. The choice of object of localization is determined completely by the goal of the research. The use of the methods of localization provides an effective solution of the hydrodynamic problem given without the loss of precision.
