Popis: In the analysis of developed turbulence it is customary to make use of the universal scaling of the ensemble averaged moments of the structure function defined as $$ s_n \left( r \right) = \left\langle {\left| {V\left( {x + r} \right) - V\left( x \right)} \right|^n } \right\rangle $$ (1) where r denotes the separation distance. Usually, the structure function is recovered by means of the Taylor Hypothesis from a time series recorded at a given point.
