| Popis: | Рассматриваются риски, связанные с использованием лизинга как инструмента приобретения вооружений, военной и специальной техники. Предлагается методика количественной оценки указанных рисков на основе влияния на величину снижения военно-экономического эффекта от использования лизинга, а также набор ограничений для принятия решения о целесообразности использования лизинга с указанной целью I have reviewed and systematized the main risks of the recipient associated with the use of leasing as a tool for acquiring weapons, military and special equipment. A methodology for quantifying these risks, as well as a set of restrictions for deciding whether to use leasing was developed. While leasing has advantages over traditional purchasing, there are certain risks associated with leasing that need to be considered when deciding whether to use it. As a tool for assessing the risks of leasing for a military customer, I have proposed to use the reduction of the military, economic and military- economic effect of leasing for these purposes. When deciding on the advisability of using leasing as a tool for acquiring military equipment, it is necessary to take into account not only the value of the expected military-economic effect, but also the level of risks that characterize leasing relations with the selected supplier, taking into account possible changes in the external environment. |
