Popis: | We have successfully synthesized CuS nano-material by a mild and simple method and characterized by SEM, TEM, EDS, XRD and UV–Vis, confirmed that the obtained CuS was a granular, pure hexagonal phase. The possible formation process of CuS was deduced and the optical properties was also studied by using MB as target degradant, showed that the degradation rates reached 97.88% and CuS has efficient photocatalytic activity. The catalyst dosage, cyclic stability of catalysts, the effects of H2O2 and the photocatalytic mechanism were discussed. |
