Popis: | Roots compressors are widely used in various industrial processes for compression and transportation of gas streams, which can contain additional inclusions in the form of liquid or solid particles (1, 2). These compressors have a number of advantages connected with rotor manufacturing and machine operation in the range of pressure ratio from 1.2 to 1.6. In this range Roots compressors are successfully competitive with the other types of rotary machines, including screw compressors, in mass, sizes and power efficiency. |
