Popis:	Menstrual cycle symptomology is common in sportswomen with outcomes that could negatively impact various aspects of an individual’s performance, quality of life and well-being. Despite this, the in-depth exploration of menstrual symptom experiences and perceptions of sportswomen across different sports has not been synthesised in the literature, hindering our understanding of how to create and implement suitable sportswomen-specific support systems to minimise negative outcomes.
