In the reaction of 1H-1-oxo-2,4,6,8-tetrakis(tert-butyl)phenoxazine with amalgams of the II–IV group metals, paramagnetic complexes are formed of mono-, bi- and triradical types, according to the nature of the reacting metal. 2. Monoradical complexes with Al are formed as a result of successive hydrolysis of the triradical by traces of moisture. |
