Popis: | The dielectric properties of two new vacuum-deposited oligophenylenes, para -sexiphenylene (PSP) and para -octiphenylene (POP), have been investigated in the frequency range form 10 kHz to 1 MHz. Experimental data, connected with their good thermal stability and their hydrophobic nature, make them good candidates for dielectric interlayers or material for encapsulation in microelectronics technology. |
