Popis: Electricity has a uses wide range and the electricity consumption level is growing every year. At the same time in networks there is a loading change, unbalance and increase in harmonic distortions level under use conditions loadings with nonlinear characteristics that complicates control over electric power quality. To control the change in quality, it is necessary to monitor a significant power quantities number, which leads to an increase in the information amount and the need to use generalized time measurement values parameters. In this task, it is useful to use statistical information processing methods. The paper uses one of the statistical methods that is widely used in power engineering - correlation analysis. Correlation is used to establish a relationship between electric power quantities. The analysis was performed on the components of total, active and reactive power obtained during the monitoring of the industrial enterprise main lowering substation. Additionally, current and voltage distortion powers are determined according to the IEEE 1459-2010 standard. For the study object presented in the work, there is a significant relationship between full and active power, which may indicate the reactive power level compensation over time. According to the daily mode, the power distortion components have a relatively low degree their correlation with the reactive power (0.3-0.7), in contrast to the active power (0.7-0.9). The results of the work can be used in the construction of systems for monitoring electricity flows.
