Popis: | Epoxy resin materials have excellent processability, adhesion, corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, mechanical properties, heat resistance and other properties. At present, they are widely used in weapons, aviation, aerospace, high-temperature adhesives and many other fields. However, epoxy resin has the defects of brittleness, low flexibility, weak impact resistance, poor peel resistance and low heat resistance in the process of use, especially in high-end fields such as weapons, the upper limit temperature is not high, The problems of high brittleness and easy premature cracking exposed in low temperature environment limit the deeper use of epoxy resin materials. This paper analyzes and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of some mainstream epoxy resin modification technologies, and prospects the next research trend, so as to provide reference for further research on strengthening and toughening epoxy resin in the future. |
